🏫 About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Exams Officer to join a busy education setting based in Tottenham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior exams or education administration experience to step into a hands-on role supporting the delivery of examinations and ensuring a smooth and compliant process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and collate exam packs using the internal exams database
• Liaise with awarding organisations to book and manage exams
• Coordinate and support the delivery of on-site examinations
• Assist with GCSE preparation and scheduling
• Ensure all exam processes are compliant with regulations
• Provide general administrative support related to examinations

✅ About You

• Previous experience as an Exams Officer / Exams Administrator
• Strong understanding of exam processes and awarding bodies
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Confident using databases and administrative systems
• Experience within a school, college, or education setting is essential
