We’re looking for a Lecturer in Business (Accountancy & Finance) to join a dynamic and supportive Further Education environment, where you’ll play a key role in shaping students’ futures and helping them achieve their career goals.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering engaging lessons in accountancy and finance to a diverse group of learners

• Supporting students to achieve their qualifications and career ambitions

• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback

• Contributing to curriculum development and course improvement

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of accountancy and/or finance (industry or teaching background)

• A passion for teaching, mentoring, or developing others

• Ability to engage and motivate learners of varying abilities

• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

• Experience in Further Education is a bonus, but not essential
