Fundraising & Communications Assistant- temporary contract

📍 Central London (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

💰 £23.21 per hour (Umbrella)

🕒 Full-time (35 hours per week), 3 month contract with potential for extension

A leading healthcare membership body is seeking a Fundraising & Communications Assistant to join their small, collaborative team covering fundraising, communications and events.

This is a hands-on role requiring previous fundraising experience and the ability to hit the ground running.

The Role

You’ll support fundraising activity, donor engagement, reporting and events, with responsibilities including:

• Researching potential funders and supporting due diligence
• Assisting with funding bids and donor communications
• Monitoring inboxes and processing donations
• Maintaining CRM/database records
• Gathering data and supporting report writing
• Supporting fundraising events, including:
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation for award winners
  • Assisting with event delivery and logistics

About You

• Fundraising experience is essential
• Strong admin, organisation and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a small team

Additional Information
