Senior Mental Health Advisor

Are you an experienced Mental Health professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Advisor to join a supportive, integrated team working in partnership with the NHS.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact within primary care, supporting individuals with low to medium mental health needs, while also leading a small team.

The Role

• Provide mental health support to clients within a primary care setting
• Work collaboratively within an integrated team alongside NHS professionals
• Support and oversee a small team of 4-5 Mental Health Advisors
• Contribute to service improvements during a period of team transition

Key Details

• Contract: 3 months
• Location: South East London (free parking available)
• Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (flexible arrangement)

About You

• Experience in mental health support (low to medium needs)
• Previous experience working in or alongside NHS services is desirable
• Experience supporting or supervising a small team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Candidates with substantial voluntary mental health experience will also be considered
