This is a visible, stakeholder-facing finance role within a stable and evolving team. If you are a qualified or nearly qualified accountant who enjoys business partnering, budgeting and influencing non-finance managers, this Finance Performance Manager opportunity offers real impact.
As Finance Performance Manager, you will sit at the centre of operational decision-making across the organisation.
You will work closely with budget holders who do not come from a finance background, helping them understand performance, manage cost pressures and improve outcomes. With continued scrutiny across public and charitable funding, financial insight and robust forecasting are more important than ever.
This Finance Performance Manager role blends financial control, business partnering and project oversight in equal measure.
