Payroll & Systems Manager, 6 month FTC – Charity – London with hybrid working – c£50,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Payroll Manager to join a fantastic charity providing essential services across London.

Reporting into the Director of People you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll, working in close partnership with People Operations and Finance to ensure a smooth end to end payroll process.

Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Managing payroll inputs and reviewing payroll outputs
• Acting as the main point of contact for the outsourced payroll provider
• Reviewing existing payroll and people systems processes
• Working closely with People Operations, Finance, and managers to ensure payroll-related changes are processed accurately
• Identifying and implementing a new HR and Payroll platform to support the organisation’s future needs

You should be an experienced Payroll Manager with a track record of managing payroll in an organisation with multiple employment types and variable pay. Experience of working with outsourced payroll providers and managing payroll accuracy end-to-end needs to be combined with a high attention to detail.
