Interim ER Specialist, 6 months – Education Sector – Bradford – £205 per day (Umbrella)

This is a great opportunity for an ER Specialist or an HR Generalist with extensive ER experience to join a leading education organisation based in Bradford.

Working alongside the Head of HR Services and the broader HR team you will be responsible for managing a broad range of employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues.

You should have experience of managing complex employee relations cases in the Education or Public sector. Experience of working with Trade Unions needs to be combined with an ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ideally you will have a DBS or be on the update service.
