I am currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee CQC services in South London. My client is open to either permanent candidates but can also offer a Fixed Term contract.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a CQC improvement plan while working alongside a Service Improvement Officer and Managers.

For this role, I am looking for someone with the below experience:

• Experience of working with people with a learning disability in a community setting
• Possess a genuine love of working with people with a range of complex support needs and making a real difference to their lives
• A thorough understanding of the issues which face people with a learning disability and/or autism including a working knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Domiciliary Care Regulations and the Care Act 2014
• Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills, with experience of negotiating with multiple agencies at any one time
• Proven skills in budget management, quality assurance, supervision and team building
• An ability to offer a holistic approach to individuals who may challenge the service
