Are you passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independent, fulfilling lives?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to lead a supported living service within a vibrant community within Watford.

You’ll provide strong leadership to a dedicated team, oversee staffing and rotas, and ensure high quality, person centred care. Previous experience in supported living or social care is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
