We are currently recruiting for a Property Officer to join the team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with potential to extend subject to service requirements.

This is a home-based role, with occasional office meetings and regular site visits to properties. The successful candidate will manage their own diary and organise their working week to meet service demands.

Key Duties

• Managing planned maintenance programmes

• Coordinating and overseeing voids works

• Handling reactive repairs

• Carrying out property inspections

• Managing a geographical patch of approximately 400 properties

Skills & Experience

• Experience in property management, housing, or maintenance-related roles

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload

• Strong organisational and communication skills

Location & Travel

• Home-based with property visits and occasional office attendance

• Must have own vehicle

• Mileage expenses paid for property visits
