The Role

• Develop and implement a College-wide Apprenticeship strategy aligned with employer demand and national priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end Apprenticeship delivery, ensuring compliance with DfE funding rules, Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, and awarding body requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to achieve outstanding learner and employer outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders to co-design programmes and promote Apprenticeships as a workforce solution.
• Manage budgets, performance targets, and a high-performing team.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in managing Apprenticeship provision within further education or a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of DfE funding rules, Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, and Apprenticeship standards.
• Experience in employer engagement and curriculum development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver results and manage budgets effectively.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
