  • Support survivors in improving financial security, accessing benefits, and exploring employment or education opportunities.
  • Deliver face-to-face support, including attending Jobcentre appointments, court hearings, and multi-agency meetings.
  • Advocate for survivors at borough-wide meetings and represent cases at MARAC.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case records and contribute to monitoring, outcomes, and reporting requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with partner agencies to ensure coordinated, high-quality support.

  • At least one year’s experience supporting survivors of domestic or sexual abuse.
  • Strong understanding of the social, economic and emotional impacts of domestic violence.
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, managing cases, and developing safety plans.
  • Confident working within a multi-agency framework.

  • Survivor-focused, empathetic, and non-judgemental.
  • Committed to equality, anti-discriminatory practice, and understanding diversity.
  • Reflective, collaborative, and open to new ideas.
  • Supportive of a healthy team culture, including a commitment to self-care.
