A welcoming college in Kent is seeking a Residential Support Officer to join them on-site, supporting their residential students to thrive.

You’ll be on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of students, helping them to develop the skills they need to live independently, and planning and running fun enrichment programmes to create a positive student experience. This is the chance to be part of a dedicated and welcoming team in the heart of the picturesque Kent countryside.
