Job Title: Science Lecturer

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Biology Lecturer to join a leading college in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to find a role where you can make an immediate difference to the students you’ll teach.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for L2 and L3 science courses.
• Support and motivate students with your expert knowledge to achieve their potential.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best results.

Requirements:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent).
• A degree in Biology or a closely related subject.
• Experience teaching science, ideally within a further education or college setting.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).
