Are you passionate about Maths? Do you have experience delivering GCSE and are looking to take that step into management? We’re looking for a Maths specialist to join a North London college as their next Curriculum Manager for Maths. This is an exciting opportunity with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.

You’ll lead a committed team of teaching staff, drive curriculum development and innovation, and play a key role in delivering the College’s strategic objectives.

Our next Curriculum Manager for Maths will:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Maths curriculum to achieve outstanding teaching, learning, and outcomes.
  • Support staff through effective leadership, performance management, and professional development.
  • Ensure all programmes are well-resourced, compliant, and responsive to learner and market needs.
  • Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement in teaching and outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment, enrolment, and induction to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
  • Maintain strong communication with students, staff, and external stakeholders to support success and satisfaction.

About You:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline and a full teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience delivering GCSE Maths.
  • A sound understanding of 16-18 and adult funding frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
  • A passion for inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Salary: Up to £47,500 (Depending on experience)
