You will be part of a supportive team working to challenge abusive behaviour while addressing wider needs such as mental health, substance use, housing, and employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to risks and safeguarding concerns, including for children
  • Promote accountability and support for change, while protecting victims

About You

  • Experience working directly with perpetrators of domestic abuse or offenders with complex needs
  • A strong understanding of domestic abuse, perpetrator dynamics and safeguarding
  • Confidence in risk assessment, safety planning and case management
  • Excellent communication and partnership working skills
  • Experience in a safeguarding, public protection or multi-agency setting
  • The ability to challenge, engage and influence change in attitudes and behaviour

Ability to travel across boroughs is essential.

  • Specialist training and professional development opportunities
  • Regular clinical supervision and reflective practice
  • The opportunity to shape a pioneering approach to tackling domestic abuse
