About the Role:

As ISVA Service Manager, you will lead a dynamic multi-partner team providing vital, person-centred support to adults and children who have experienced sexual assault, rape, or sexual abuse. You’ll be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, high-quality line management, and strong partnerships with criminal justice and health services. A key focus of the role is championing equity, diversity, and lived experience throughout the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ISVAs and senior staff to deliver accessible, trauma-informed support services.
  • Ensure effective caseload and staff wellbeing management through strong line management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and embed inclusive, survivor-led practices.
  • Oversee contract performance, data reporting, and compliance with GDPR and safeguarding requirements.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including the police, CPS, and local support networks.
  • Contribute to service development plans, funding applications, and accreditation processes.
  • Act as a Safeguarding Lead and ensure a culture of safety, learning, and support.

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in service management, ideally in the violence against women and girls (VAWG) or related sector.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centred practice.
  • Understanding of the criminal justice system and the ISVA role.
  • Ability to manage performance, influence partnerships, and lead change.
  • Lived experience or understanding of intersectional barriers faced by marginalised communities is particularly welcome.

Additional Information:

  • This post is open to women only, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
  • Applications from Black and minoritised women and women with lived experience are especially encouraged.
  • The premises are fully wheelchair accessible.
