We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Quality to lead and inspire across our college.

As Director of Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational standards and learner experience across the college.  You will provide strategic leadership for the quality and consistency of teaching, learning, and assessment across all curriculum programmes.

Overseeing Additional Learning Support (ALS) and the Supported Learning curriculum to ensure inclusive, accessible education for all learners.  You will lead the exams process ensuring compliance with internal and external verification processes and maintaining high standards of integrity and performance.  Working closely with the Principal and being part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will have a strong track record of improving quality in teaching, learning and assessment; plus a deep understanding of inclusivity and equality in education.
