Morgan Hunt is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and inclusive Sixth Form College in Cambridge to recruit a passionate and dedicated A-Level Design Technology (DT) Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking Visual & Performing Arts department and inspire motivated learners aged 16-19.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in A-Level Design Technology
• Support students in achieving strong academic progress and developing their creative skills
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold and enhance teaching standards

Person Specification:

• A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification (or currently working towards one)
• Experience teaching Design Technology, preferably at A-Level
• A strong commitment to inclusive education and student success
• A proactive, collaborative, and student-centred teaching approach

This is a fixed-term role covering long-term sickness leave. The exact duration of the post is currently undetermined due to the nature of the cover.
