Domestic Abuse Service Manager
Location: Surrey
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £31,000 – £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: 12-month fixed term (potential for permanent)

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader with a background in supporting vulnerable communities? We’re seeking a dedicated Service Manager to oversee and develop high-quality outreach services supporting adults and children affected by domestic abuse.
About the Role:
As Service Manager, you will play a vital role in the strategic and day-to-day management of outreach services, ensuring delivery is efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices. You will manage a team of outreach staff, oversee safeguarding procedures, contribute to funding evaluations, and represent the organisation in multi-agency settings.
