Renumeration: £20,000 per annum.

We are seeking a new Chair to lead our Board, bringing strategic insight, governance expertise and a collaborative spirit to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth and impact.​

The Role

We are looking for charismatic leader with a collaborative style who can:

  • Set a positive culture with strong customer focus
  • Encourage constructive discussions with an inclusive style, fostering a positive working relationship between the Strategic Leadership Team and the Board
  • Ensure effective governance of the organisation, including playing a lead role in shaping the Board’s development and effectiveness
  • Lead change and continuous improvement
  • Foster and drive EDI ambition
  • Support, challenge and guide the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Ensure that the Board delivers its key strategic role in securing the organisation’s long-term effectiveness, viability and sustainability
  • Promote and position the organisation across the range of external stakeholders.
