Contract: Full-time, fixed term until July 15, 2025 (potential for extension)

Are you passionate about Hairdressing and Barbering and eager to inspire the next generation of professionals? We are looking for an enthusiastic Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality teaching to learners aged 16+.

About the Role:

As a Lecturer in Hairdressing & Barbering, you will teach across a range of courses, including:

Level 1 Hair and Beauty

VRQ Level 2 Women’s Hair & Men’s Barbering

VRQ Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing

Technical & Advanced Diplomas in Hairdressing

Short Courses in Cutting, Styling & Barbering

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing

Industry experience in hairdressing and/or barbering

Some teaching experience (further training available)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
