About 10,000 Interns Foundation

10,000 Interns is a pioneering foundation creating paid internship opportunities for Black students and graduates across the UK. Their work spans more than 35 sectors, from Finance and Law to Technology and Creative Industries, connecting emerging talent with organisations committed to real change.

Partnering with over 1,000 employers and 50 universities, they aim to reshape recruitment, promote inclusive workplace practices, and support Black talent at every stage of their career journey.

Our Collaboration

At our core, we believe in the power of partnerships to unlock potential and expand opportunities. By teaming up with 10,000 Interns, we’re joining forces with the UK’s fastest-growing pipeline of Black talent. Their network of thousands of students, graduates, and alumni — plus over 1,000 employer partners — means the opportunities on the Black Leadership Job Board are reaching ambitious candidates who are ready to make an impact.

We’re continuing to partner with Black* professional networks across the UK to increase visibility for Black Leadership Job Board, attracting more Black* talent to our opportunities.
