The Role
An experienced Electrical Installations lecturer you will be required to teach learners across all modes of attendance and across all the levels of Electrical  (this includes level 1 up to L3 and apprentices). You will be required to teach the following types of programmes:
• 16-18-year-old Study Programmes
• 19 plus learners who are on Study programmes
• Apprenticeships
The suitable candidate will provide an excellent learning experience to ensure the individual learner gains the appropriate skills in readiness for further study, employment and an or an apprenticeship.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold Electrical Installations qualification or equivalent qualification or must have a minimum of 5 years industrial experience; you must hold a full teaching qualification or be working towards the teaching qualification. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to effectively motivate and inspire others.  You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
