Finance Officer

Morgan Hunt is working with a College in East London who are looking at recruiting a Finance Officer. This is a Temp to Perm contract role paying up to £17 p/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure integrity of financial data and manage Staff Expenses Ledger.
• Process student payments accurately and on time, including support funds.
• Review and amend general ledger coding as needed.
• Assist in preparing external audit schedules and internal audits.
• Manage electronic procurement system and handle invoices promptly.

Previous Skills and Experience:

• Previously worked in Education is ideal.
• Relevant financial qualification is ideal.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidates with an Enhanced DBS on the update service will have an advantage.
