I am currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant for a fixed term of 12 months. This is a full time role which offers hybrid working of 2 days at home and 3 in the office.

You will be providing an efficient repairs service including reactive, planned & cyclical maintenance.

The main duties of the role are:

• Taking repairs over the phone
• Processing repairs & void repairs
• Assisting with ensuring all cyclical and compliance programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
• Liaise with contractors, addressing any issues and schedule appointments.
• Provide a weekly progress report to the on all cyclical and compliance programmes
• Assist in the preparation of monthly budget and performance reports

To be considered for the post you must have:

• excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• previous experience working with compliance contracts
• knowledge of tenant safety requirements

The starts date for the role is ASAP.
